We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a LIVE User Group Conference for all our customers in Kansas City next year!

What to Expect:

Over the course of two days, we will be covering a wide range of topics, including our current product suite: Host, Store, Gateway etc., while also introducing our newest features; Electronic Data Interchange, EDI Integration and new POS features, such as new supported payment types (among others). You won’t want to miss out as we run through our road map heading into 2023 and beyond and present our latest offerings.

Our goal over the course of this conference is to provide you with the knowledge, training, and confidence to install, navigate, and use our software. This conference is for both end users and systems administrators.

Our theme this year is: Together Towards Tomorrow. Here at Horizon, we look forward to a promising future united with all our customers.

Be prepared for an action-packed 2-day conference. Day 1 will be centred around Horizon’s ERP. In the evening, we will cap off the day with a group dinner outside the hotel, followed by a fun activity (TBD). On Day 2 of the conference, the focus will be Horizon’s Point of Sale offerings. The conference will wrap up by 5 PM.

A detailed agenda will be released closer to kick-off.

Keep in mind: Your registration price includes all learning sessions along with meals, refreshments for both days and a special dinner & activity on Day 1. Upon submitting your registration form, Horizon will bill your accounting department directly.

We have secured a special room rate of $129 per night at the Hilton Garden Inn Kansas City, the venue for our Technical Conference. 

  • We strongly encourage attendees to arrive the night before the conference starts to be ready for the morning session.
  • This rate is available two days pre/post-conference.
  • Complimentary internet is included in the room rate.
  • Complimentary parking (parking lot across the street or $8 daily for parking garage).

Cancellation Policy

To receive a cancellation refund (less a $50 administration fee), cancellations must be made in writing to Angeli Ghelani before January 3rd, 2023. Cancellations received after that date are non-refundable. You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you forward us written notification no later than three days before the conference.
