HORIZON’S 2025 USER GROUP CONFERENCE
We are excited to announce that we will be hosting an in-person User Group Conference for all our customers, which will be held in Des Moines, Iowa!
What to Expect:
Over the course of two days, we will be covering a wide range of topics, including our current product suite: Host, Store, Gateway, PPN, etc., while also introducing our newest features: Host UI Modernization, Security Enhancements, and new Store POS features. You won’t want to miss out as we run through our road map highlighting 2025 and beyond and present our latest offerings.
Our goal over the course of this conference is to provide you with the knowledge, training, and confidence to install, navigate, and use our software. This conference is for both end users and systems administrators.
Our theme this year is Innovate to Elevate. Here at Horizon, we look forward to adopting modern technologies to allow our customers to elevate the customer experience.
Be prepared for an action-packed 2-day conference. We’ll be hosting dinner on the night of the 15th for guests staying at the hotel. Day 1 (April 16) will cover topics across both Host ERP and the front-of-Store. In the evening, we will cap off the day with a group dinner and Party Darts activity near the hotel at Smash Park (plan is subject to change). For the activity you may need to sign a waiver to participate. On Day 2 (April 17) of the conference, there will be a collaborative innovation session and a highlight of success stories. The conference will wrap up by 2 PM.

Attendee Rate: $370 USD
Keep in mind: Your registration price includes: all learning sessions, hotel meals and refreshments for both days and a special dinner & activity on Day 1. Upon submitting your registration form, Horizon will bill your accounting department directly.
Discounted Accommodations
We have secured a special room rate of $149 USD per night at the Element West Des Moines for our conference.
- The cut-off dates for room reservation at the hotel is Sunday, March 16, 2025, 5 PM Des Moines time.
- The deadline to register is March 14, 2025.
- We strongly encourage attendees to arrive the night before the conference starts to be ready for the morning session.
- This rate is available three days pre/post-conference.
- Complimentary internet and parking is included in the room rate.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a cancellation refund (less a $50 administration fee), cancellations must be made in writing to Pooja Chiplunkar before Wednesday, March 14th, 2025. Cancellations received after that date are non-refundable. You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you forward us written notification no later than three days before the conference.
